This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When our pages are accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary data on our behalf (Art. 28 DSGVO/GDPR). A data processing agreement, including EU standard contractual clauses, is in place with Vercel.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, your details are stored in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The data processed is your name, email address, telephone number (optional), company and the content of your message.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (GDPR) (initiation of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO (GDPR) (consent). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its processing, at the latest upon expiry of the statutory retention periods.
5. Sending of emails
For sending contact form messages and confirmations of receipt, we use the service Postmark (operated by ActiveCampaign LLC, 1 N Dearborn Street, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60602, USA) as a processor. A data processing agreement, including EU standard contractual clauses, is in place with the provider.
