The funds are pooled by Frontier — an advance market commitment that purchases over a billion US dollars of permanent CO₂ removal through 2030. That gives technologies still too expensive and too small today the demand they need to grow.
Honestly: carbon removal doesn't replace avoiding emissions. We see our contribution as a complement — and we keep working to lower our own footprint.
